What fascinated me the most was six sigma knowledge which is a fantastic tool for most major decisions and minor decisions. Six sigma tools if used effectively company benefits a lot in terms of resources, cost , materials ,reduce cycle time and most important win customers smartly.
Six sigma training can be taken by any professional of any industry as it is a general concept applicable across the industry , what is very important is to realize its potential and apply smartly . What happens to six sigma trained person is that he is exposed to various techniques which can utilized depending on sitautaion , he becomes good analyser and see through entire system to resolve a issue rather being one sided .
